Simon is an experienced Manager with a demonstrated history of managing complex projects and remote based teams within the construction, civil, plant hire, labour hire and training industries and, more recently, leading Defence projects.

Simon leads by example while ensuring he is across all aspects of a business. His expertise and knowledge gained through the management and owning his own businesses enable him to seek innovative solutions for delivering detailed programs and achieving great results for his clients.

He is a skilled negotiator, coach and safety ambassador and is experienced in procurement and business development. Starting the Jascon Group in 2011, this has now grown to 8 active businesses across multiple sectors.

Scott has a proven track record in the development, implementation, and certification of management systems across a broad range of applications, processes and standards, including quality, safety, environmental, information security, energy and business continuity.

With a keen eye for detail and a wealth of expertise, he makes sure our operations not only meet but exceed industry regulations.

Katie Wheildon

Corporate Services Manager

Katie began her working life in the family clothing manufacturing business, where she spent a decade learning about business, management, and finance.

After completing a Bachelor of Business from the University of Queensland, Katie went on to run her own accounting business, where she and her partner worked with a range of clients undertaking contract bookkeeping for small businesses. Before joining Glen Fisk in 2023, Katie spent five years as the CFO for a labour hire business overseeing all areas of their financial management.

At Glen Fisk Katie is responsible for the complete financial management of the business, as well as high level strategic planning, financial reporting and analysis, compliance, budgeting, overseeing payroll and cashflow, and managing our team.

With an aptitude for numbers and a passion for systems, she is passionate about getting into the detail of a business and supporting it to grow. Her attention to detail and ability to build a rapport with people is a real asset with clients and staff.

Justin Field

Recruitment Consultant

With a passion for people and a keen eye for potential, Justin joins Glen Fisk in 2024 with over six years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant.

Justin takes the time to understand the unique requirements of each client, collaborating to create and implement strategic account plans, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and fostering long-lasting partnerships.

He thrives on the daily challenges his role presents, and by aligning the goals and aspirations of candidates with the strategic objectives of our clients, he contributes significantly to the growth of all parties involved.
